Job Description
Acts independently and advises on or manages the solution development of large, complex consulting engagements combining multiple service offerings. Acts as a leading authority on multiple service offerings, industries, and functions, and displays a deep working knowledge of others. Demonstrates expertise in integrating multiple, diverse processes and systems within a single engagement. Understands customer requirements and advises project team on highly specialized, complete solution architecture and implementation. Applies expert business skills and consulting methodologies to direct the collection and analysis of data. Makes executive presentations of engagement results. Exhibits a deep knowledge of all service offerings within HPES and may operate across HPES Lines of Business. Scopes engagements and provides expertise during proposal preparations. Influences the strategic direction of the Line of Business. Matrix-manages a team of contributors.
10-15 years of previous consulting or client-facing experience
Apply knowledge of client business strategy and the rationale behind it; client's core business competencies, market trends and business competition; client business practices, planning cycles and decision making processes; awareness of technology evolution, trends in new and emerging technologies; client budgetary constraints; and existing client IS/IT strategy to:
• Distill relevant business factors into superior IS strategy and IT architectural requirements that mitigate risk and exceed engineering quality standards,
