The Role
When Orange and T-Mobile came together to form Everything Everywhere, it created the biggest name in UK telecoms. And managing some of our key corporate accounts, you’ll make sure we stay that way.
Taking responsibility for a range of corporate accounts, you’ll make sure our customers are happy with the service we’re providing. That means understanding what makes each individual client’s business tick – appreciating why they may be tempted to look elsewhere and coming up with ways to encourage them to stay. Building strong relationships, you’ll help to retain, develop and grow our corporate portfolio, while delivering a world-class service that will give us a real competitive edge.
With a wealth of Account Management experience behind you, you’ll know the telecoms industry inside out and have the ability to develop and maintain an effective network of contacts. In a role focused on building relationships, strong communication and interpersonal skills are vital. And if you can maintain your flair for sales while working under pressure, so much the better.
Must Haves
- Proven experience and success in telephone account management or telesales, generating growth and minimising churn in IT/Telecommunications or a business to business corporate market place
- Ability to work on own initiative, designing solutions which respond to customer needs, and taking ownership for development and growth of your own customer base
