The CNR Client Services Team is currently recruiting for a Client Relationship Manager. This individual is primarily responsible for managing the client relationship, issue resolution, a-z financials. The incumbent must deploy strong relationship and problem-solving skills to maximize value creation and satisfaction, resolve issues, drive incremental business, and promote collaborative joint planning.
Duties & Responsibilities
Build and retain strong operational relationships with key client contacts/decision makers through working directly with clients to resolve problems, support joint initiatives, drive new incremental value-added business and promote a win-win environment.
Build trust and rapport with key client contacts through demonstrating integrity and acting in the best interests of both the client and Accenture. Bring to light and to fruition - Client Productivity and Performance Improvement opportunities for Accenture.
Ensure and facilitate joint co management activities such as the annual planning meeting to create and implement joint improvement initiatives.
Clearly communicate the client's business drivers and priorities to executive stakeholders at Accenture and align them to a successful client development strategy for Accenture Review weekly/monthly internal performance reports and external client reports; facilitate action plans, where required.
Monitor customer satisfaction through available escalation and complaint tools and survey results.
Recommend and facilitate process improvements where required.
Provide oversight and effective management of the P&L of all client engagements and their respective associated projects.
Deploy strong relationship and problem solving skills to resolve client and Accenture's service and solutions delivery issues. Facilitate regular joint and internal meetings to discuss and resolve issues.
Act as escalation point for client issues.
Engage Client Services Director and decision-makers as required to resolve these issues and ensure proper documentation.
Prepare reports and summaries for Accenture executives related to Accenture's contractual performance and client issues.
