Job PurposeSuccessful candidate will be responsible to administer salesforce.com, skillstrak (sales coaching tool) and provide user support for 450 commercial users. Promote salesforce.com and skillstrak usage and assist in development of salesforce.com to add new functionality. Prepare references guides to address user needs for supported systems. Maintain sales intranet site

Responsibilities
Your responsibilities shall include but not limited to:
Create and monitor user logins and maintain Etihad’s sales organisation hierarchy in salesforce.
Set-up dashboards and reports for sales management to use
Ensure the data in salesforce is reviewed and cleansed on a regular basis.
Point of contact for Centex in regard to salesforce data queries
Load revenue data into salesforce and assist with large data changes
Ensure salesforce.com training environment is maintained and ready for training courses
Respond to user queries about how to use salesforce; Fix issues/ bugs with salesforce or liase with salesforce
Monitor types of queries and create Answers to these
Develop reference guides for salesforce as required by the salesforce
Assist sales management with obtaining any data or reports they need from salesforce
Assist with developments to salesforce, this may include adding new fields, adjusting page layouts or adding new areas of functionality
Be aware of new saleforce.com functionality that is available by reviewing the salesforce.com website and reference information that is available
Create new user logins and maintain Etihad’s sales organisation hierarchy in skillstrak
Monitor usage and alert sales management if coaching calls are not completed; Add/ remove documents and information from the sales intranet site
Ensure information on the site is relevant and keep up to date; Liaise with Premium Support, Salesforce.Com, to learn about best practice and new Salesforce developments
Requirements
Higher level education with minimum 3 years experience in an airline with international exposure in a sales environment. Exposure to salesforce.com or a similar CRM is preferred.

Knowledge of sales policies and procedures
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
MS Office – with high competency in Excel & Word
High computer literacy
Salesforce.com or CRM training is preferred
Time management skills
Superior Communication skills
Organizational skills
Planning, Analysis and negotiation skills
Achievement Motivation and detail minded
Knowledge of Intranet & Web based activities
Fluent written and oral English language
