Job description
The University Recruiting Program Manager would be the hiring focal point team lead for senior consulting professionals representing the vertical industry sector practices within Global Business Services. The URPM would manage candidates through the interview process, serving as a front end to the hiring executives. Key to this position is the ability to sell and close entry level consulting applicants. Key job elements include campus event management, ongoing candidate qualification, facilitating the interview process, organizing and hosting recruiting events.

Required
Bachelor's Degree
At least 4 years experience in MBA Recruiting Experience
At least 4 years experience in Working with university career services centers representing a corporation
At least 4 years experience in Hands on candidate management including offer extention
At least 4 years experience in Owning, managing and coordinating campus recruiting activities
Readiness to travel Up to 3 days a week (home on weekends-based on project requirements)
U.S. citizenship required
English: Fluent
