The Health & Public Service operating group serves health organizations, government agencies, institutions and nonprofit organizations worldwide providing a broad range of consulting, technology, system integration and business processing services.

Service Delivery professionals are responsible for providing service delivery across the breadth of offerings such as accounting, information technology, application development and maintenance, helpdesk services, procurement, learning and training, and human resources. The Customer Experience Analyst works as part of the overall team to mature Customer Relationship Management in an IT organization.  The team's current efforts focus on customer insight and customer experience to include process improvement.  The analyst follows the team project plan while adhering to Accenture CRM methodology.  The analyst is responsible for their day-to-day activities and for producing quality work products related to CRM and communications.

·        Responsible for delivering work products on time, on budget
·        Performs support activities as needed to execute business processes
·        Create supporting materials for communications such as scope documents, client presentations, etc.
·        Ability to effectively multi-task on several work products
·        Provide communications support such as creating monthly CIO update to the workforce
·        Additional responsibilities may include:
·        Assisting other team members in the completion of efforts
·        Analyzing current processes and recommending changes
·        Accurately documenting meeting minutes
