Dell is seeking experienced Hardware or Embedded Systems Engineers. As a member of our Enterprise Server Platform Development team, you will work with other Systems Engineers on the design of servers based on the most advanced processors, chipsets, memory architectures and I/O technology. You will design digital systems and have the opportunity to mentor new engineers. You will also research components and architectures and make recommendations to accelerate innovation and improve our products. You will work closely with multiple teams including Embedded Firmware, Systems Management, Power, Board Design, Mechanical Engineering, and Test to develop, debug, and release industry leading PowerEdge servers.

Qualifications
This position requires a BS in Electrical or Computer Engineering with at least 8 years of experience in hardware or embedded system design and debugging, preferably with processor, memory, and I/O subsystems.
