Dell, Inc. Dell has grown by both increasing its customer base and through acquisitions since its inception—notable mergers and acquisitions including Alienware (2006) and Perot Systems (2009). As of 2009.



 the company sold personal computers, servers, data storage devices, network switches, software, and computer peripherals. Dell also sells HDTVs, cameras, printers, MP3 players and other electronics built by other manufacturers. The company is well known for its innovations in supply chain management and electronic commerce.

Fortune Magazine listed Dell as the sixth largest company in Texas by total revenue.[4] It is the second largest non-oil company in Texas (behind AT&T) and the largest company in the Austin area.[5] We seek qualified candidate for the below position.


Job Title: Inside Sales Account Management

General Summary
Responsible for selling the company's products and services via telephone on selected global accounts. Close sales and take orders from Corporate Customers. Provide technical and administrative information and quote prices. Mail marketing/sales literature to prospective clients, keep up-to-date knowledge of the industry and of his customers business challenges as well as the competitive posture of the company and prepare activity and forecast reports as requested. A strong emphasis will be put on Enterprise products (servers, storage and services).

Key Tasks / Responsibilities
Sell Dell products and services by responding to inbound or placing outbound customer calls by overcoming objections and entering into Order Management System, responsible for Quotations, independently acquiring customers and making appointments for the Field Sales Rep
Establish customer relationships with appropriate customer personnel such as purchasing, management and end-users and technical recommenders
Reduce Cost of dissatisfaction
Increase online penetration within the account portfolio

Qualifications
Knowledge, skills and abilities
Good verbal and written communication skills (Fluent German - English - French)
Strong technical skills (incl. Server, Storage and Services)
Ability to communicate effectively over the telephone
Ability to project a positive sales attitude
Ability to speak to the high level hierarchy as well as to the technical recommenders
Winning Spirit und Drive for Results
Understanding of large/global organisations
Experience in Solution selling (project oriented)
International contract negotiation experience preferred
Strong organizational skills
Prefer Bachelor's degree or equivalent with a minimum of 3 years sales or related experience
Requires proven selling ability in previous job level
Interactions
Respond to questions, receive and/or share information, promote, influence, negotiate, sell and/or advise customers, peers, staff, and management within and outside the department as well as international interaction (Program Mgmt. GAMs).
