Job Purpose
To partner with the HR Leadership team to design and deliver the HR communications strategy in support of the HR mission, strategies, key programmes, policies and processes.

Responsibilities
Responsibilities shall include but limited to:
Lead and own the development of the HR communications strategy ensuring the outputs of the HR strategies are effectively communicated in a joined-up manner, optimizing the impact for people and performance.
Develop and implement communications plans to support major HR projects, ensuring consistency of style and tailoring content to target audience requirements.
Support the Chief People & Performance Officer and HR Leadership Team in the development of internal and external presentations to key stakeholders including Etihad Roadshows, ensuring the HR story is told professionally and consistently to a wide range of audiences.
Partner proactively with Communications specialists across Eithad to optimize the impact of HR communications programmes on a local and global basis and ensure consistency of messaging.

Requirements
You are required to have the following:
At least 5 years communications or journalism experience in high profile organisations required, preferably within an HR environment, with proven ability of handling internal communications; experience in strategic communications planning and management of major projects or issues; Airline experience is advantageous, but HR experience would be preferable, as is previous experience of working in a dynamic and fast-changing environment;
Extensive knowledge of communications – primarily of internal communications.
Strong knowledge of the industry, the airline, its operations commercially, corporate and financially sensitive issues.
Strong written, oral and presentation communications skills.
Fluency in English is required, with Arabic an advantage.
