Job Description
 
The Nestlé Research Center (NRC) in Lausanne, Switzerland, is the world’s biggest private facility for nutrition related fundamental research with a long standing reputation for scientific excellence. Over 240 scientific publications every year are only one illustration of this. Research areas include safety of products, processes and ingredients, sensory and nutritional quality, physiology and metabolism, food structure, food consumer interactions, nutrient uptake and the evolution of nutritional needs with age.

You will be in charge of providing administrative support to the 2 heads of Unit and their team.

Responsibilities:
- Quality check of various documents in English and French
- Organization of travels and expenses management
- Organization of meetings, seminars and workshops
- Administrative support

Education and experience required:
- You have 3-5 years experience as an administrative assistant
- You have good knowledge of MS Office application and SAP software
- You are fluent in English and French (Oral & Written)
