Job description
Experienced professional with business process and technical skills within the Financial Consolidation and Reporting area. The successful candidate will have a minimum of three years of industry or big four consulting experience working within the consolidation function for multinational corporations. Candidate will have hands on delivery experience in multiple segments of the project lifecycle, with an emphasis on the technical configuration of Hyperion Financial Management and Rules development. The Candidate will also have experience leading requirements definition workshops, developing design documentation, developing/configuring the solution, data migration, testing, and training. Candidate will have knowledge of leading practices within the consolidation functional process areas.
The Candidate will have both formal training and delivery experience with the core Hyperion applications (e.g. MDM, Financial Reports, EA, and FDM). The candidate will have completed at least three full lifecycle implementations for complex multinational corporations. Knowledge of traditional process improvement techniques such as business process reengineering and six sigma applied within a BPM implementation is a plus.

Bachelor's Degree
At least 2 years experience in HFM/FDM implementations as a Consultant or Team Lead
At least 2 years experience in analyzing requirements, writing functional specifications, conducting tests, troubleshooting issues, interfacing with business users, preparing for and leading executive workshop.
At least 2 years experience in full life cycle implementations, (a minimum of 2), of new consolidation process using a formal implementation methodology and the Hyperion Financial Management application.
At least 2 years experience in traditional process improvement techniques such as business process reengineering and six sigma applied within a Hyperion HFM implementation is a plus.
Basic knowledge in Prior experience in a large consulting organization preferred.
