Job Description
Responsibilities
- Drive end-to- end sourcing activities within "Business Services area" and provide sourcing support to Ericsson organization in Russia.
- Conduct RFPs (Request for Proposals) using Ericsson eSourcing tools.
- Negotiate supplier agreements and conduct contractual proceedings towards suppliers.
- Perform supplier evaluation, contracting and supplier management activities
- Drive and participate in supplier development and improvement activities (cost/savings, quality, processes, lead times),
- Perform supplier base optimization in order to meet business requirements and Ericsson organization internal needs.
Significant Interaction
- Daily contacts with Suppliers
- Co-operation with Business Services team leader and team members, other sourcing teams and internal functions/ local Ericsson organizations.
- Within the scope of responsibilities, participation to regional Category Team(s) and category network.
- Within the scope of responsibilities, interface with 'Sourcing project teams' (local and/or regional) for sourcing assignment in question
Qualifications
Education
University degree in Economics, Business Administration and/or Engineering
Experience
- Minimum three (3) years of experience working in purchasing or procurement within a project environment.
- Good knowledge from working in the Telecom or IT business area is an advantage
- Skills and Competencies
- Good sourcing skills (including negotiation, RFP procedures and eSourcing skills)
- Good knowledge of contractual proceedings and good legal expertise related to sourcing agreements
- Good team member, networking and communication skills
